Upgrade
1. Locate and select the business license you would like to upgrade. 2. Select green arrow. 3. Choose 'Upgrade' from the transaction dropdown list.
*At this point the application will automatically pull over the customer's business license information. The sections purchased in the customer's last transaction will be listed with a total in the 'Prev' field.
4. Make any necessary edits to the existing sections listed at this time or add any additional sections needed. 5. Submit transaction *The 'Upgrade' transaction type will not allow refunds. It will only charge issue fees for Sections that have changed or have been added.*
