Version 3.4.0 (Scheduled for release on 2/11/2013):

    • "RD" DL types no longer require an expiration date
    • The checkbox beside decal can be used to override whether a decal is assigned and this selection holds in the Cart
    • All empty parked carts have been deleted - we have also added checks to keep empty carts from being saved
    • Flags can be added/edited from Search on Autos and Customers (look for the new flag icon)
    • Repl_Title won't force deferred taxes to be collected if they're due since this isn't a "subsequent registration"
    • You can now search by ETAPS as "LastName" or by "Company"
      • Currently, when ETAPS is searched, the application tries to determine the name to search by (LastName, First Initial) from the Title App.  If a clerk is doing a registration for a company, they can use the "Company" search type and it will use the full name - For example, the old way might result in "EAN, H" whereas the new way would be "EAN HOLDINGS"
    • There is now a month label beside the Boat DecalNum field that tells the clerk which month decal is to be issued
    • OLR/Autos checks the tag format to make sure a new tag shouldn't be issued.  If the tag doesn't match the correct format, it won't print.  This should help ensure new tags are being issued when a design changes.
    • OLR/Boats shows Decal month to be issued to help fulfillment
    • Clerks given ability to collect deferred taxes on out of county transfers without supervisor override
    • Tax start date greater than expiration date should now give an error message
    • Fixed Issue where some transactions with OIVS verified insurance were still requiring scans
    • An Error message will appear when Market Value is not entered
    • An Error message will appear when missing required scanned docs
    • Penalty will stay calculated through recalcaluation in Bizlic escape transactions
    • 'OJ' removed as DL option - this is no longer valid per ADOR
    • 1/1/1900 (permanent expiration dates) are now accepted online
    • User filter in Admin is no longer defaulted for supervisors
    • Re-Tag with HS tags now requires school to be selected
    • Fixed issue with deleting a transaction from Admin with a Voucher
    • Parked carts will not longer be transmitted to the state - any incorrectly uploaded transactions will be submitted for removal
    • Application will remove previous ETAPS info and require new ETAPS during Repl Title
    • Requirement for boat control numbers removed
    • IRP RenewalMonth is now disabled during non-IRP transactions to avoid any confusion
    • Deferred Owed Tax will no longer be charged during Redo of NewReg
    • Oct/Nov receipts will now print "Oct/Nov" in Expires box on receipt
    • Added an Optional Transaction report to the Clerk EOD report to show all transactions done that day for each clerk to help in reconciling daily
    • Various report fixes and enhancements
