Replacement

A request for a replacement dealer license plate will be placed with ALDOR through the Motor Vehicle License Portal. Upon approval and with the payment of the appropriate fee(s) a replacement plate will be issued by mail.

If the plate(s) is lost or stolen, a report should be initiated with law enforcement and a police report should be obtained.

If the plate(s) becomes damaged or mutilated to the point it is illegible, the plate must be returned to ALDOR with the payment of the appropriate fee(s) to receive a replacement plate.
