Renew

The tag selected for a renewal must have a status of On Time, Late, or Esc.

1.       Locate and select the desired vehicle.

2.       Verify customer and unit information, making any necessary additions or corrections (e.g. address or phone number).

3.       Make any necessary changes to registration.

·         Use ‘non-use’ on the ‘Tag and Fees’ tab under the ‘FEES’ heading to remove penalties and interest (also removes tag fee if ‘Esc’).

·         Change tag info on the ‘Tag and Fees’ under the ‘TAG’ heading tab if the customer wishes to change their tag.

4.       Submit transaction.
