Renewal with Commitment

If customer is changing to commitment tag at renewal you will process as follows:
 

• Search for the tag that is currently on vehicle
• Select the auto that needs to be renewed
• Select the tag category
• Select the tag type
• Enter the new tag number
• Put the Form # from the customer's precommit application in the box labeled 'C2P #'
• Ad valorem and fees will automatically be calculated
• Penalty fees and interest will also be calculated (if late)
• Submit transaction
