Customer is performing another transaction, but receiving MLI suspension error message

1.       Locate and select the desired vehicle

2.       Verify customer and unit information, making any necessary additions or corrections

3.       Select MLI_Only from transaction drop down box

4.       Select the appropriate MLI reinstatement code from the drop down in the Fees section of the ‘Tag and Fees’ tab

5.       Submit transaction
